Official Raffle Rules
$1,000 Visa Gift Card raffle — Lev Meals survey.
No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility
The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lev Network and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
How to enter
Complete the Lev Meals survey and provide a valid name and email address. Each survey question you answer earns one raffle entry; the more questions you answer, the more entries you receive. Limit one survey submission per person.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Visa Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Winner selection & notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified using the email address provided in the survey and must respond to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected.
